Rich and Barbara Phipps have been missionaries to Japan since 1986. This gifted couple from Florida have seen many Japanese living in the Aichi prefecture come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Currently, Rich and Barbara are “frontliners” ministering in the Nagoya area.
